Terms of service
Last updated · May 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of EasyAnalytics. They're intentionally short. By signing in, you agree to them.
The service
EasyAnalytics is a read-only dashboard layered on top of Google Analytics 4. It pulls data from your own GA4 properties using OAuth and presents it in a tighter, faster interface, with optional AI summaries.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. "Google Analytics" and "GA4" are trademarks of Google LLC.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure and for any activity performed through it. You may only connect Google accounts you own or are authorized to use.
The minimum age to use the service is the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (16 in most of the EU, 13 in the US, etc).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the rate limits, signature checks, or session security of the service.
- Use the service to process data you do not have a lawful right to access.
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage the service or its outputs as your own product.
- Use any AI feature to produce content that violates OpenAI's usage policies.
- Use the service for any illegal purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we believe these terms are being violated.
AI features
Pulse and Ask use a large language model to interpret your GA4 data. Output is generated probabilistically and may be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Treat it as a draft, not a source of truth. You are responsible for verifying anything you act on.
Reasonable rate limits apply. They exist to keep the service available and affordable for everyone, not to extract money from you.
Share links
When you generate a Share link, the snapshot data is encoded directly into the URL and signed with our server key. Anyone holding the URL can view the snapshot until it expires. You are solely responsible for who you give the URL to. We cannot revoke an individual link.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. We may change, pause, or end features with reasonable notice. If the service relies on Google's APIs going down, the dashboard will go down too. We're not on call for that.
No warranty, no liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total cumulative liability is capped at the greater of the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months or USD $50.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
